The Role:

We are looking for an innovative and hands-on recruiter to join the in house Talent Acquisition Team.  This position is truly a unique one as the main focus of the position will be to find, attract, and connect with the very best candidates in the market.

It will also involve positioning the brand so that candidates are familiar with the company and in turn the company becomes a real employer of choice.

You will be responsible for ensuring that you engage so effectively with individuals that you have a great selection of candidates to choose from.

Candidates really must have strong internal recruitment exposure and have experience of strong candidate attraction; you also need to be able to demonstrate new and innovative ideas as well as having an analytical mind.

You will also need a strong understanding of technology recruitment as a large proportion of the hires are Tech focused.

·Experience across the recruitment lifecycle, with a key focus on innovative creative attraction and engagement

·Data focused approach using data successfully to identify optimisation

·An independent problem solver that can set priorities, make high quality judgements and decisions quickly with excellent organisational skills

·An innovative approach and technique to help scale the business and continue to attract great talent

·Experience in working for an international technology / Internet company is a definite advantage
