The Company:

An amazing social media tech platform are looking for a Customer Success Manager to become a part of their expanding team. It's an opportunity to work in a high energy environment for a company are growing rapidly across the globe. They have international offices in Canada, Europe, the US and Asia. They're a great company who bridge the gap between brands and consumers by being able to track consumer intent and build customised campaigns.

They're after a Customer Success Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships with loyal clients. The role gives you the opportunity to develop your client services skills whilst also learning more about the technology they have to offer!

The Role:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing clients across the business and developing these relationships. If you're after an opportunity that allows you to learn new technologies and teach others then read on!

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales team to support them selling products
  • Oversee and supervise the work of a junior member of staff
  • Train clients on the technology and provide insights to clients
  • Offer advice to clients on how best to utilise the platform
  • Become an expert on the platform

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Technical knowledge and fantastic ability to pick up new technologies
  • Experience in a similar position in client services
  • A passion for digital and technology
  • Past experience in a Software as a Service business (SaaS)
