London - Technical Support Engineer - £25k-£30k – Media
My client are a modern media agency located right in the heart of Central London. They are looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team. Your primary role is as a partner, client-facing technical and business support professional working to meet deadlines with responsive and prompt turnaround times. You will be responsible for all aspects of post sales technical customer satisfaction. You will serve as a technical liaison between Customer and the HQ, working to ensure the criticality of the problem is fully understood and satisfactorily resolved in a time. You will be based between Madrid and London offices and will have significant exposure to and collaborate closely with the company’s different teams.

Main Duties:
+ Pushing the integration of the company platform in the signed publishers
+ Teaching the publishers how this platform works and keeping track of how they use the platform
+ Making demos of the platform, meetings, presentations of the company in order to acquire new business
+ Providing first and second line support and maintaining excellent client service
+ Assisting the existing support team throughout the support process as well as taking ownership of specific cases

+ Degree in Technology or related field
+ Experience of hands-on technical support or executive level technical support experience
+ Experience and understanding of ad tech advantageous
+ Experience of web technologies and platforms such as Java Script, HTML, FTP, SSL, Flash, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator
+ Experience in troubleshooting/debugging complex technical issues

The salary for this permanent role is circa £25k–£30k per annum, depending on experience.
