Business Development & New Partnerships Manager

To £45k base, plus Bonus and Benefits

The client is a successful, growing and profitable business, in the midst of a significant expansion phase.

They operate in a B2B and B2C environment, selling property and financial services on an international basis. They form important strategic alliances and joint venture partnerships with a broad selection of professional and blue chip organisations across the UK and Internationally, and they are judged by the quality and efficiency of the service they provide.

They are looking to expand their market footprint through the development of new B2B Commercial Partnerships / JV / Affiliate relationships, with the aim of driving quality referral based business. This will involve the identification and introduction of new partners, as well as Key Account and relationship management. You will need to be professional, and credible, articulate and able to develop opportunities over time. You will be comfortable presenting, appearing at Trade Shows, networking, pitching for business and working in a team environment. You will be confident dealing with senior and Director level customers, and in maintaining relationships with corporate clients.

Candidates will have experience of developing and driving business through commercial partnerships, alliances or joint venture relationships, and exposure to property, financial services, travel, or high net worth markets would be ideal. Experience may have been UK focused, or European / international. You will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and hands-on, and most importantly you must approach sales with a professional and commercial attitude.

There are plenty of upsides to both the business and career, and the current strategy is a doubling of size within 3 years, and they are on course to achieve this.
