Cost Manager - Building - London
Up to £75,000 + Travel Allowance (£5k), bonus and benefits
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with an international firm of Project and Construction Management Consultants. The requirement is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, who ideally has a good understanding of 2 stage design and build contracts and a desire to join a company who is regarded as one of the leading exponents of Project Management in the built environment today.
You will have responsibility for developing cost plans for new build and refurbishment projects in the Hospitality sector with values ranging between £20 million and £75 million in value and will take control of the day to day management of commercial duties once projects go live. Operating across a broad client base in the specialist sector they are involved in major capex refurbishment schemes, through to luxury newbuild developments.
- Building experience gained with a PQS or Cost Management Consultancy
- UK Project Experience
- BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Ability to create effective Cost Plans
- Hotels Experience
