One of the country's leading residential developers are looking for a Lead Customer Care Operative to join their team. The role is ideal for someone working in new build housing or residential refurbishment to take their next career step.

Based on site in High Wycombe, the role will primarily involve resolving minor defects in occupied properties. However, will also extend to dealing with customer queries, home inspections (fault finding) and managing up to two other operatives. Realistically, you could expect to spend up to half of your time on the tools.

This project is a major development that will run for a number of years to come, but the company have new and existing projects across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Essential:
Proven track record in trade background, competent as a multi-trader
Customer service skills
Efficient time management to organise own and others workload
I.T. skills - competent using microsoft packages and tablet computers

Package:
Base salary up to £42,000
Discretionary bonus
Company Van and travel expenses
Tools, phone and tablet computer provided
Ongoing training and career opportunities
