TITLE: Telesales / Internal Sales Executive

My client are an established name within the Waste Management sector. Due to rapid expansion, I am now recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Telesales / Internal Sales Executive / New Business Executive to join their buzzing team.

Package: Up to £18,000, uncapped commission structure, pension.

Location: Birmingham

ROLE- Telesales / Internal Sales Executive

This position will see you generating new business opportunities from the internal database of contacts and researching ways of sourcing new leads.

You will also hit your sales targets by up and cross selling to your customers over the phone.

You will be targeting a range of companies to introduce and sell a range of Total Waste Management solutions to.

You will thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking. In this position, you will be happy to work independently and as part of a team to ensure process runs smoothly.

You will be happy to go the extra mile to provide clients with a first- class service and will advise them of the best Waste Management solution to ensure their requirements are met.

In this role, you will also be building fantastic relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED-

Previous experience within the Waste Management industry is preferable, though not essential.

You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, paying close attention to detail.

You must be IT literate and have experience of using internal CRM systems.

Progression opportunities are also available for the successful candidate.

You will have been in a Telesales / Internal Sales Executive or related position where you have sourced new business opportunities.
