To capitalise on recent high profile contract wins and sustained expansion, our client is looking to appoint a proven new business developer to increase its penetration of new and emerging UK markets.

The Position:

Working in a home/field based capacity, the appointed Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

Promoting the company’s PCB assembly and related electronic manufacturing capabilities
Increasing market share in defined non-core and emerging verticals
Identifying and closing opportunities for sales growth against specific KPI, revenue and margin targets
Forging strong and profitable relationships to foster ongoing repeat business

The Candidate:

Applicants will need to display:

A track record of field sales success in the contract electronic assembly/production sector
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Excellent new business development skills (lead generation, objection handling, closing)
First class interpersonal and communication skills
