I am looking for an IT Support Manager (client facing) to work in Milton Keynes paying up to £55K

This Support role is within a company that focus on machine learning. They are at the cutting edge of their industry and have an exciting opportunity for a strong 3rd line support analyst/manager to come in to lead the support team.

This position will also involve a lot of speaking with customers and representing the business face-to-face so excellent communication skills are an absolute must.

Key Skills/Responsibilities
• Reading, understanding and responding to technical support requests.
• Communicating both electronically and verbally with customers and suppliers to share or gather information.
• Understand the customer’s business processes and technical implementation.
• Be able to analyse log files and query an SQL Server database to obtain information which will help resolve the customer’s issue.
• Provide Support to existing customers via telephone, e-mail and in person if required, resolving all issues as swiftly as possible.
• Understand and be able to analyse reports to show customers and internal staff the data collected, speed, progress, volume and movement of documents through workflows
