This position is responsible for providing functional and analytical support to the Human Resources Management Systems Implementation Team (HRMS-IT). Also configuring and testing system changes, providing functional and technical assistance to HR-users.
Key Accountabilities
Create data templates for use by HR Team and transform data for upload into supplier's technical input spreadsheets.
Work with the supplier and HRMS-IT and IT on system upgrades to ensure testing is complete before it is released to the business.
Complete UAT testing and system enhancement testing.
Provide HR Reporting and Analytics support to key stakeholders e.g. HRIS-IT, HR Team and IT Team.
Develop a suite of monthly HR reports and metrics used by various HR stakeholders and ensure that any changes and updates are implemented.
Respond to ad-hoc HR reporting requests and be the single point of contact for data and system queries.
Develop and provide training to HR teams on extracting HR data and reports from HR system and analysing the data to produce insightful metrics.
Provide HR reporting and analytics support and expertise as part of cyclical HR activities eg Pay and Bonus reviews.
Collaborate with HR to promote data governance to help improve data quality and insight

Skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high quality work.
Ability to manipulate data through IT systems and ability to learn new technology
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, in particular advanced skills in Excel
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Self-motivated and able to plan and deliver work without close supervision
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Qualifications
Experience working within an analytical role
Experience within an HR discipline desirable but not essential
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
Understanding of statistical analysis to predict outcomes is desirable but not essential
Working within an international virtual team
Salary up to c£40k is offered, 4 month contract, 37.5 hour week, private medical care, pension, 25 days holiday along with plenty of parking at the location
