The role

Harvey Nash have been engaged by a global consultancy to help them source and secure a Service Desk Engineer to provide IT Support across the group.

The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for resolving incidents and service requests, performing basic account admin, providing 1st line support and much, much more. This is an incredibly varied role which offers the opportunity to learn, develop and progress within a highly prestigious organisation.

Essential skills and experience:

* 1 - 2 years' hands on experience dealing with 1st line support calls/logging calls on a helpdesk software

* Extensive knowledge of fault finding and machine builds

* Exceptional telephone manner * Experience of building working relationships with suppliers/purchasing

* Highly enthusiastic, driven and be willing to learn and develop your skill set.
