My client is arguably one of the biggest Facilities Management organisations across the UK, providing a cradle to grave tailored service to Facility Managers.

Their impressive client based ranges from large hotel groups through to universities, hospitals and construction companies which will intern offer any employee a diverse and challenging workload across London.

An excellent opportunity has presented itself for a Facilities Manager who will be involved in servicing, fault finding, upgrades, site inspections, reviewing & approving TFM cost and general FM duties. The role will give you great responsibility as you will be working independently also dealing with a team.

It is essential that the right candidate has previous experience of working in a similar role for at least 3 to 4 years.
Professional Membership: BIFM Desired
Other: NEBOSH or IOSH H&S Qualification required
Experience of FM finances and budget reporting.
In-depth Building Services engineering design skills for all areas
