Contract Length: - minimum 3 months (possible temp - Perm)
Rates: - £35,000 to £40,000 based on experience (pro rata)
Start Date: ASAP

Role Description
A Facilities Management Contract Manager is required to manage contracts of value proposed between £3m-£6m. This post holder will hold responsibility for operational delivery of services and budget management of their contract or portfolio of contracts, reporting to the Regional Account Manager who will be responsible for a cluster of contracts across the Region. It is essential that applicants have operational experience across PFI contracts.

Required Experience:
*The Contract Manager will have up to 8 site staff reporting to them to deliver the contracts services.
*The key purpose of this role is to apply the following principles to the contract when managing service delivery:
o To create greater focus on customer engagement and satisfaction
o A more consistent approach to meeting service expectations
o To create a greater awareness of performance and swifter response
*The Contract Manager will be required to work within the regionalised operating model to deliver a standardised approach to service delivery in line with the shared services functions and centre for excellence in Cleaning, Catering and Engineering.
*This Contract Manager is responsible for Soft Services on the contract in line with the commercial contract requirements and is required to manage the client relationship to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the client in line with the terms agreed in the contract to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
*The Contract manager will have overall responsibility for all people management on the contract in terms of ensuring that staff are managed correctly in line with their reporting lines, ensuring capability and performance and compliance with company people management systems including the implementation of systems such as Time gate which are designed to make the management of contract more effective.
*This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship. Working as part of a team within the business, the Contract Manager will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business by engendering a culture of customer care. The post holder may be asked to deputise for the Account Manager as required.

Additional Requirements
*The ideal candidate would be based at Eccles police Station with travel to other sites for meetings.
*A DBS or Counter Terrorist Check security clearance would be carried out and offer of role is reliant on getting through this process.
*Ideally have a technical/engineering FM background or experience
