£26K to £32K per annum

Our client are looking for an administrator to join their friendly and professional team. The administrator will be responsible for:

Assisting the team in reviews, analysing and preparing plans for the clients

Managing all customer enquiries

Developing and implementing the Customer database

Training new recruits on all the systems

Managing the filing systems

Manage the quarterly/annual reviews

Chasing any outstanding fees and obtaining quotes

Coordinate the Marketing literature, online and via post

The ideal candidate will:

Have good working knowledge of Intelligent Office, including commission reconciliation/matching

Ideally have working knowledge of Standard Life WRAP, Fidelity FundsNetwork, PPOL, Paraplanning and Sage One

Have excellent communication skills

Ability to develop and maintain relationships

Strong MS Office Skills

Strong numeracy skills

Good organisation and time management skills

GCSE grades in Maths and English (A - C equivalent)

In return our client offers a lovely working environment, parking, 23 days holiday which increases by 1 day each year (capped) and a performance related bonus.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
