Internal Technical Sales - Electronics - £35k - London. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious candidate with a background in sales to join a successful entrepreneurial business with a strong brand. Based in London, the company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join its dynamic team covering the UK market.

About the Role:

* As part of a lively office-based team, Sales Executives play a key role in developing new business and in delivering an industry leading customer service experience to both new and existing customers.
* Operating in a fast-paced environment, Sales Executives work closely with the external sales team to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with their clients and understanding their needs.
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
* The ideal candidate must have a proactive approach to not just open opportunities but, also to approach new potential clients & opportunities across an array of industries.
* Central to the role is a requirement to submit quotations promptly, accurately and to proactively convert orders over the telephone and by email.
* Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure as the role requires dealing with numerous customer enquiries, sometimes simultaneously.

About the Candidate:

* Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Pro-active approach to maximize current business & explore new opportunities.
* Committed to continuous development through experience & internal training.
* Ability to work under pressure in a high paced sales environment.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Technical / Engineering experience of benefit.
* Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
