Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk for their client based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire.

This opportunity provides the perfect job for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join an established company who are specialists in their field.

As a Sales Ledger Clerk you will be working in a team of 5 people who work to shared objectives, in a friendly, bubbly environment. In your role you would be working alongside a Credit Controller and Purchase Ledger Clerk to ensure that company finances are kept up to date and processed correctly.

Principle Responsibilities:-

* Look after all invoice queries
* Process purchase invoices by allocating them to job numbers
* Pricing and Producing Sales invoices
* Make credit card payments via telephone to various suppliers
* Answering telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries

Person specification:-

* Experience in Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger
* Must be confident speaking with customers over the phone
* Ideally live within 8 miles of St. Ives (for easy commuting)
* A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office
* Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment
* Good communication and inter personnel skills
* Team player

This is a full time permanent Sales Ledger Clerk position, 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of £17,500 rising to £18,000 pa plus annual company benefits to include a 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and free car parking.
