  • Customers:
    • Assist in opening new customer accounts by doing credit checks and other searches.
    • Ensure effective customer credit control in accordance with the customers’ credit ratings.
    • Finance & Sales:
  • Assist in general accounting.
  • Ensure adequate customer and supplier credit control and payments.
  • Assist in providing all necessary financial information is provided to enable monthly and annual accounts to be properly prepared
  • To maintain purchase ledger & ensure supplier’s invoices entered correctly
  • Assist in maintaining sales ledger, cash books & day to day banking
  • To assist in sales & sales administration to ensure the maximum sales & customer care
  • Internal:
    • Dealing with all HR duties.
    • Dealing with office supplies and equipment such as photocopier.
    • Work as Health and Safety officer.
    • Coordinate with other departments in achieving the smooth running of finance & sales functions.
