NCFE, one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative qualification awarding organisations, is looking for a Training Provider Manager.
This is a national role with offices in Newcastle and St Albans where you will be expected to attend meetings.
A bit about the job…
This is a new opportunity within NCFE for a Training Provider Manager reporting to the National Operations Manager. You will have responsibility for a team of Account Executives who specialise in Account Management of Training Providers and Employers. A key part of this role will be to own and drive NCFE’s growth within our private training provider customers, developing account management strategies to retain and grow business, as well as having responsibility for income targets across the account exec departments for PTP. It is important you work closely with the sales and customer development team to engage and manage employers and local authorities. You will lead the operational management of PTP growth and strategies and work with departments to ensure we have the right products and services that our customers need.
A bit about you…
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting organisations in the educational sector to thrive and develop. You’ll have experience of working in a private training provider in a managerial/account manager role and have line management/staff supervision experience.
In order to thrive in this role, you will also have
- excellent account management/ customer retention skills
- excellent motivational skills
- excellent telephone manner
- excellent written and oral communication skills, including good grammar and spelling
- demonstrable word processing, data entry, spreadsheet and email skills
- attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- excellent report writing skills
- excellent presentation skills
