The Role

The Sales & Account Manager role is our first point of contact for all customers. The role involves both sales and operational management of a dedicated customer base.

The key focus is to confirm re-books and to sell additional services in a proactive manner via both inbound and outbound calling.

This involves:

  • Calling our existing or lapsed customers to renew existing agreements / rekindle old relationships, cross sell new services and maximise revenue growth from each account
  • Educate each customer to the full range of services.
  • Management of all customer related enquiries and feedback from our customers after the work has been completed on-site
  • Database management and reporting is also key to your success within the role, recording all customer interaction within our bespoke customer management system
  • Sales & Account Managers will be targeted on several key performance areas, including call statistics, quotations, cross-selling and most importantly sales targets.

The Person

The ideal candidate must have real ambition to deliver within a pro-active and targeted sales environment. The role requires a combination of traits: Likeability, ability to engage customers proactively via telephone, ability to learn the range of services, desire to meet and exceed monetary and activity based targets.

Ideal experience in a sales / pro-active account management role would be desirable.

The Package

The Sales & Account manager role comes with a competitive basic salary, along with a totally uncapped commission scheme. This commission can increase by 50% upon hitting target and carries no threshold. There are additional monthly bonuses and benefits focused upon delivery against both revenue and activity targets.
