VIP Account Manager - Norwegian Speaking

Location: London

Salary: £25-27k

My client is a fast-growing online gaming environment with huge opportunities. Therefore, they are now searching for a passionate VIP Account Manager that fits our multi-cultural group.

As a VIP Account Manager, you will retain and grow select high value VIP Customers through strong relationship management, tailor made campaigns and an exclusive loyalty programmes.

They are looking for someone with strong communication skills and ability to develop close business relationships. You will work within a team of 8 people to run your own customer base and will be reporting to the Head of VIP.

Required experience: Client Relationship Management, Sales & Account Management.


  • Act as a key point of contact for all customer base.
  • Daily tracking and reporting of key business KPI's and player behaviours
  • Increase VIP revenue by engaging players with offers
  • Outbound calls to promote certain campaigns
  • Investigate failed transactions
  • Track all KYC checks for customers
  • Fast track certain Customer queries
  • Reactivation of lapsed and inactive VIP customers
  • VIP customer management, managing accounts and dealing with promotional enquiries, bonuses and upgrades/downgrades.
  • Organising Gifts / Events
  • Call / Email VIP players to build relationships
  • Highlight valuable customers to the business and welcome them
  • Ensure consistency of communication and according to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation and that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.
  • Promotional planning: help to implement promotions and CRM campaigns.
  • Ensure CRM campaigns are consistent, attractive and schedule correctly at all times.

Skills Required

  • Native in Norwegian
  • Fluency in Norwegian and preferably another language
  • Commercially minded, with experience in marketing, analytics and communications.
  • Proven, relevant work experience, particularly customer support.
  • Strong analytical / numerical skills.
  • Very good people skills
  • An understanding of the gaming industry and products is desirable but not necessary.
  • A proven track record of managing projects or portfolios.
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to be innovative and creative with excellent communication and relationship management skills, a lateral thinker with the ability to understand and adapt to market trends.
