Sponsorship Sales Executive

Salary:- £30,000k-£40,000k

The Client

Our client is one of the leading global conference and exhibition organisers, who are looking for one Sponsorship Sales Executive and one Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive to join their sales team on the biggest organic portfolio in the business. The portfolio has international recognition within the oil and gas sector, earning a profit of up to £9 million.

The Role

As Sponsorship Sales Executive and Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities within the team, will be to sell a range of partnership and sponsorship packages, including, event sponsorship, online advertising, exhibition booths, for pre-existing events and also target new business prospects for the events, for example:-

  • Researching new leads and follow up existing leads
  • Maximise sales time by targeting effectively the correct clients, their roles and their companies.
  • Generate maximum revenue on any event you are selling on.

The Person

The successful candidates will have the following skills:

  • At least 2-3 experience working across sponsorship sales, delegates sales and/or account management based sales
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in face-to-face selling, presenting products and their benefits to clients.
  • Confidence of generating new business leads from cold calling, personal research and industry networking.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
