Restaurant Supervisor / Food and Beverage Manager
£20,000 - £22,000 per hour + company benefits

Thanks to your approach, the owners of properties on site, and the guests who come to enjoy the exceptional food and surroundings, will feel completely pampered. Whether you're liaising with the chef about the day's menu, helping with events and functions, or ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation, you'll make sure everything runs like clockwork. (And that all owners and guests are kept up to date about all there is to offer, from a special event like Burns night, to the services in the onsite luxury spas.) You'll make sure it's a seamless service, whether they're sharing a joke with a regular, or recommending a fine wine.
Taking a real pride in everything you do is essential. Of course, you'll need experience of working in the hospitality industry, where you'll have acted in a senior capacity. But it's your attitude that counts. Flexible, enthusiastic and full of initiative, you're the type of person who gets things done. You also have the highest standards, and pay scrupulous attention to detail. Above all, you have the ability to create an environment for our clients owners and guests of a warm, friendly and impeccably run service business. Last but not least, you're also flexible over shift patterns.
