Our Customer Service Advisors start with a 6 weeks training programme learning all the skills you need to support our Case Managers to process legal Remortgage matters. Accurately processing documents, answering customer queries and contacting third parties to ensure that we have all the documents we need to complete the Remortgage on time for our customers.
