JOB SUMMARY 

Marcus Donald are currently looking for someone to join our European division as a Resourcer.

Your role will be to work alongside our European Principal Consultant whilst building, developing and maintaining relationships with candidates by understanding their needs and wants for a new role. You will also need to develop a good understanding of your specialist market sector through candidate generation, networking and research.
  
This is an exciting opportunity to grow within an established recruitment partner based in the heart of the London, this role would be perfect for a graduate or someone with 6-12 months` resourcing experience who is looking to progress their career within Recruitment!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Candidate Generation Activities 

- Use Job Boards and other channels to generate a pool of good candidates
- Headhunt passive candidates and build relationships with them
- Meet (where possible) all candidates to discuss their requirements and/or prepare them for interview
- Be first point of contact for all candidates whilst they`re interviewing via Marcus Donald
- Continually build a strong pool of candidates, taking into consideration soft skills as well as technical skills and experience
- Maintain and develop the candidate database
- Develop a good understanding of your specialist market sector
- Obtain new/existing business leads
- Work to build Marcus Donald`s market presence and reputation

Administration & General

- Use in-house IT systems to generate candidates and clients
- Ensure all candidate are kept in line with recruitment legislation
- Ensuring your KPI`s are on target
- Write and place job advertisements using job boards and our Company website
- Ability to perform ad-hoc administration tasks to assist senior members of staff
