Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Support Team Leader to join their ICT team, working in the London Head Office to oversee the day to day running of the Business Support desk.

The role will be responsible for ensuring problems / incidents are managed, allocating support requests to available analysts, as well as conducting regular ticket reviews with the analysts.
This role will also take responsibility for the group communication and will provide their customers with regular updates. You will be accountable for the operational management of the company ticketing system, (SysAid).

This role requires a methodical candidate with a sound business systems and support background, preferably within the financial services sector.

They are looking for strong MS Office skills, ideally including SharePoint and a thorough understanding of process and procedure implementation. You will also have experience of creating of MI and Statistical analysis
