£35,000 - £40,000 per annum including bonus
NCFE, one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative qualification awarding organisations, is looking for a Customer Development Manager.
A bit about the job…
This is a new opportunity within NCFE. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development to create tactical sales plans, customer retention strategies and launch new products and services. You'll also be required to deputise for the Head of Business Development across all aspects of the role as needed. You will lead and manage a team of Customer Development Advisors who deliver excellent sales and customer service in accordance with aims and KPI’s, communicating up to date knowledge of relevant product information and to ensure this is communicated effectively. In this role you will be responsible for sales targets across the customer development department. Own and drive NCFE’s sales, pre-sales, account development and opportunity planning methodology for tele-based engagement.

To be successful in this role you’ll have a genuine passion for supporting organisations in the educational sector to thrive and develop experience of working at a management level tele-based sales environment to exceed targets. You will have experience of working in a similar role with solid line management/supervision experience with experience in sales management and forecasting.
