The School are looking to hire an enthusiastic Data and Examinations Manager to:

* Lead the Schools data management procedures and processes
* Support the School's strategy for monitoring achievement is effectively and efficiently managed
* Plan and coordinate information sessions for staff training
* Be responsible for all operational aspects of SIMS
* Support the Leadership team with the administration of examinations
* To maintain the UCAS Progress system in conjunction with the Head of Post 16
* To manage the efficient transfer of data in readiness for the beginning of each new academic year
* To complete all statutory data returns, including School Census, School Workforce Census and Teacher Assessments for all Key Stages

Experience of working in a school environment is particularly welcome. You will form part of our hard-working but collegial and collaborative administration team.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

* NVQ L4 or proven relevant experience
* Degree or relevant qualification
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven experience of the management of and secure retention of data.
* Excellent MS office skills including advanced Excel and Access skills
* Experience of data analysis and manipulation to an advanced level
* Experience of working flexibly within a team to develop and complete projects
* Wide knowledge and experience of Management Information and Reporting Systems
* An understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
