Your new role
As a semi-skilled maintenance joiner you will be required to be involved in a wide range of duties, including:
Site services and maintenance
The maintenance of specific parts/tooling for bespoke machinery
Bench joinery as and when required to support shop floor departments
What you'll need to succeed
Practical experience in a production environment is preferable
Experience in using all types of hand tooling and saws (qualifications preferred)
A flexible, enthusiastic individual with the drive and passion to meet daily objectives
Demonstrating a proactive approach towards duties and colleagues, working to a high standard of work, with good numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving, with a desire to learn and develop
Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative demeanour
Working well within a team environment, with the ability to work independently, using initiative and creativity to meet target deadlines and timescales
A full driving licence is essential, class C1 preferred
What you'll get in return
39 hours are being offered over 4.5 days with a competitive salary, depending on experience, and contributory pension.
