2nd Line Support Engineer, 26K, Enfield

Fantastic opportunity for a 2nd line support engineer to join a globally recognized organisation in their field.

Our IT department provides global support to our worldwide based teams in relations to systems, services and telecommunications.

You will be the first point of contact with end users and will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line escalations.

You will have experience of;

- Windows Server 2012R2
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- Sharepoint Online

You will have an excellent background providing support to internal users and external customers.

Having just been acquired by new global investors and are looking for confident self-starters with a can do attitude who are looking to thrive within a fast paced organisation.
