Automotive Business Development Executive
We have an excellent opportunity which has arisen within one of the UK’s leading car dealerships based in Bury St Edmunds. Our client is seeking a forward thinking and motivated Automotive Business Development Executive with the ability to demonstrate a highly successful track record in terms of target achievements and customer satisfaction measures.
You will be responsible for establishing long lasting relationships that deliver increased after sales opportunities, customer retention and loyalty to both the Retailer and the Brand.
- Identify and proactively develop new relationships with prospect customers
- Act as a brand advocate
- Carry out presentations
- Maintain excellent sales experience for the customer
- Project management of campaigns across multiple channels e.g. Branch, digital, social and PR, and reporting and presenting campaign results
The successful candidate will need excellent industry knowledge gained within the motor retailing industry. You will have proven business development skills, through achievements of generating new business in a similar role. Ability to build rapport and maintain long term positive relationships with customers and prospects is also a must.
