An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paid Social media Manager to work with a team of Digital Marketing consultants that all specialised in the fast moving environment of Paid Social Media. They are currently working with the major Digital Agencies in London (OMD, MindShare, DigitasLBI, Byte, Essence Digital, Somo Global..) but also in direct with Advertisers (Eurosport, Bizzby, BienIci..)

The company was founded 2 years ago by two Social Media experts and now have offices in London and in Paris. They’re looking to expand rapidly so they’re recruiting several Paid Social Managers to join their team (at least a year experience) for permanent position or contractors’ roles.

As a Paid Social Consultant, your main tasks would be:

• Planning, buying and optimizing paid social media activity

• Develop paid media strategies and create key tactical plans to deliver on them

• Setup social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

• Optimize existing paid social media deliverables

• Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables

• Daily campaigns monitoring and optimisation: bidding adjustment, A/B testing,…

• Provide detailed client’s analytics reports with smart insights and recommendations

• Manage budgets for paid media deliverables

• Working closely with the Paid Social Consultants to deliver against agreed Client / Agency strategies, proposals and briefs

• Clear understanding and implementation of the approval systems

• Adherence to clear, accurate documentation, following agreed delivery processes

• Min 1 year relevant experience within a paid media based role at a digital/creative agency, advertiser or ad platform

• Strong understanding of digital paid media, particularly paid social media

• Organised self-starter who is able to multi-task

• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload

• Effective operator, gets things done well and at pace.

• Analytical skills and higher proficiency in the use of Excel

• Pro-active, ability to take initiatives and problem solver

• A strong communicator with good presentation skills.

• Be creative and ability to think out of the box

• Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken Nice to have: • Experience working in a start-up environment
