Our client, an expanding, highly reputable design Company based in the Mole Valley area, is currently recruiting a Sales Designer to be based in their impressive showroom.

This exciting opportunity will suit a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment and who takes a pride in providing excellent customer service and delivering high-end designs.

You will be joining a fun, friendly team in a company holding strong values, who reward their staff with uncapped commission. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person who has plenty of enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and lots of creative flair.

You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and target orientated. You will have the ability to develop a highly professional working relationship with clients. You will manage the kitchen design projects from start to finish and will be able to provide solutions to your clients according to their needs.

****Previous sales experience with a high end product would be desirable, but full training will be provided in house.****

The role is full time, 5 days a week to include Saturdays.


Meet and greet all clients in the beautiful showroom taking them through the range of products.
Respond to brochure requests and telephone enquiries converting to showroom visit .
Listen and engage to the clients’ needs, vision and dream.
Follow up and manage all kitchen leads, designs, and projects.
Offer solutions to clients on their design requirements.
Designing kitchens using AutoCAD (full training given)
Work with fitting teams and project manage installations from start to finish.
Provide and follow up on after sales client service.
Meeting personal KPI’s and revenue targets.
Using influencing and negotiating skills

Previous sales experience with a high end product will be desirable, but full training will be provided for a candidate with potential:

· Well presented.

· Articulate and confident in communicating and negotiating with high spending clients.

· Able to work towards targets/KPI’s

· Be able to problem solve and manage various client projects at one time.

· A bright achiever with a passion for design and sales.

· Highly organised

· Strong technical ability
