My client base in Crawley are seeking an Payroller to join the team on a 18 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join are well establish company with an excellent reputation.
Duties and responsibly include:
*Run payroll on a monthly basis from start to finish and ensure this is on time and accurate
*Manage the company 3rd party payrolls and ensure they aline with current legislation
*Administer SMP,SPP and all statutory payments in line with legal requirements
*Manage RTI and year end procedures
*Work with HMRC and other agency's when required
*Produce payroll related reports as required by Finance
*Ensure all year end payroll processes are followed including P60's,P35's,P14's P9d's,p11d's
*Manage the payroll schedule including overtime, holidays, starters and leavers
*Manage the annual payroll review process
*Partner with Line managers to provide advice and guidance on all payroll related querys
*Manage admin in relation to all Final salary's and pension schemes
The ideal candidate will have experience in the above tasks and be able to start within the next 2-4 weeks.
