This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, they are expanding rapidly due to winning a new contract and this person will play a key part. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing in-bound calls from clients, providing administrative support and reporting and ensuring a professional customer service is provided at all times.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration and planning skills with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks. Experience with MS Word and Excel applications is essential.

Key duties and responsibilities:
* First point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer services at all times.
* Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with service level agreements.
* Professionally responding to in-bound queries.
* Co-ordinating emails and calls to schedule audits in line with team availability and coverage.
* Route planning to ensure journey efficiency's.
* Dealing with urgent client queries and liaising with third parties to chase outstanding documents.
* Collecting/collating all required documentation to complete application packs and processes.
* Inputting and updating client information on central databases.
* Producing and/or updating Microsoft Excel based reports for clients.
* Producing client correspondence including letters and emails.
* Ad-hoc project work and support.
* General office duties.

Ideal Skills/experience:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and good multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent communicator - ability to build rapport and establish working relationships with clients.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Quick learner of bespoke IT systems.
* Knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, basic summing functions).
* Good numerical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to produce reports for clients.
