OUR PRESTIGE CLIENT IN MAIDSTONE SEEKS A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED CAR SALES EXECUTIVE.

SALARY STARTS AT £13K AND IS REVIEWED AFTER 6 MONTHS AND DEPENDING ON CARS SOLD THE BANDING GOES UP. TOP BANDING IS BASED ON A RUN RATE OF 200 UNITS PER YEAR AND BASIC SALARY WOULD RISE TO £32K

CAR COMMISSIONS CAN EARN £250 PER UNIT ON TOP OF BASE SALARY.

This dealership is currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries and is sure to keep you busy. With a fun and energetic environment.

Working a standard week of 8.30 – 6 Mon – Sat (with a day off during the week) and Sundays on a rota.

This key position has a major part to play in achieving dealership success by providing a professional service to our Sales customers. Previous experience gained from a similar role is essential.

The Role:

Meeting and exceeding objectives, achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new vehicles and promoting finance, insurance and accessory products
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded
Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable vehicle features and benefits
Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements/ news
What you’ll need:

Warm and engaging personality with strong negotiating and closing skills
Previous sales experience is essential (preferably from the motor industry)
Experience of working within an FCA regulated environment using retail sales skills is essential
Enthusiasm to exceed monthly sales objectives
Friendly and professional manner
Smart personal appearance
Team-player
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
