Platform Insights Manager

One of the worlds largest media networks are looking for a Platform Insights Manager to join their offices in Central London. They are looking for a data analytics and reporting specialist to join the international digital team to make sure that all the platforms they run are performing to the highest standard, including over 30 websites and many apps. A mixture of iOS and Android experience with the data analytics is vital fort his role.

Qualifications/Requirements Key Responsibilities
• Serve as head of insights and analytics for International Digital Team
• Supervise regular performance reporting on customer facing applications and back end systems
• Be able to translate platform performance data into actionable insight and work with Product and Tech Directors to prioritise as part of ongoing product roadmap
• Oversee regular performance reporting for branded subscription video-on-demand services globally.
• Oversee dashboard configuration
• Manage collation of performance data and maintain reporting tools, working with external agencies where appropriate.
• Conduct performance analysis, to support both tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape, digital and consumer trends, and communicate insights to the business.
• Represent the company in industry tracking initiatives, supply data where appropriate, and communicate results.
• Commission qualitative and quantitative studies to maximise value to the digital business.
• Present analysis and insights to senior management and stakeholders
• Present analysis and insights to UX researchers and team
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business globally
• Trouble-shoot data and software issues

Experience Required
• Web and App (iOS and Android)
• Strong experience in digital, technology, media or VOD research.
• Deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to distil and communicate key findings from large data sets in an engaging way.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
• Experience with data sources such as Google Analytics, Conviva, Omniture (Adobe Analytics), Salesforce and data warehouse solutions preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools desirable but not essential.
