Our client is a leader in the investment property sector. They are wealth building specialists and help their investors buy carefully selected investment opportunities. Their clients include individuals looking to acquire their first investment, through to large institutions seeking bulk acquisitions.
This is a role that is integral to the smooth running of the business. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of the office as well as supporting the sales team. As you can imagine, your job requires leadership, strong communications skills and a positive can-do attitude. You will be in charge of:
• recruiting, mentoring and helping the sales team
• day to day running of the office
• supporting investors through the sale process
• sales admin support to the directors and the team
You will need to have a proven track record of running a busy office and ideally in a property or property related environment. You’ll be liaising with developers, letting agents as well as the investors themselves. Understanding this world is key. Naturally it will help if you have a real and genuine interest in the investment or off-plan property sector.
This role has plenty of scope for growth and for taking on more responsibility.
As well as sales team management experience, ideally, you must have previously worked with developers, news builds and investment properties.
You’ll need to be quick thinker and fast learner; be able to stay cool under pressure and be able to multitask at ease.
You will be able to turn your hand to lots of different jobs when needed, from marketing, client support to office operations.

• have had previous experience dealing with properties, new build or land
• have comprehensive sales and marketing acumen
• have an astute and precise way of thinking ensuring every angle is covered
• be professional and comfortable dealing with high net worth clients
• have the flexibility to travel
You must come from a property background and have managed (at least 3 years) and supported a busy sales team. You’ll love having a hugely varied day at work where no two days are same.
