Hours - 25-30 hours per week (4 days per week flexible and flexibility during school holidays)

Introduction to Company

We are a premier fine art logistics company based in South East London. We specialise in the packing, handling, installation, transportation and storage of fine art for private collectors, museums and galleries both in the UK and around the world.

Principle Duties:

  • Processing of supplier invoices; from obtaining authorisation, match & process invoices & credit notes to payment on a timely basis
  • Answering supplier queries as and when they arise
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements to the purchase ledger records ensuring accuracy and completeness of posting.
  • Processing staff expense claims, company credit card transactions & petty cash claims
  • Maintain adequate hard and soft copies of all invoices
  • Assisting with any adhoc reporting requirements & general administration tasks

Skills and Competencies:

  • Must have experience in using Sage 50/200 accounting software
  • High attention to detail and organised approach to work
  • Works well as part of team and in a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong IT Skills and a good understanding and ability to use Excel

Educational / Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years accounts experience including accounts payable
