Private Dining Room Manager, Fine Dining Rosette Restaurant, Up To £35,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Dining Room Manager to join an fine dining rosette restaurant based in the Mayfair Areas. Would you like to be treated as an individual? The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere with a high focus is on delivering standards and service. They are now looking for a strong Private Dining Room Restaurant Manager who has a similar background working in quality fine dining restaurant background who has managed high quality service.

Job Description

As a Private Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • The day to day running of a number of private rooms
  • Meeting & greeting the customers
  • Managing and inspiring a small team
  • Experienced in table service
  • Liaising alongside the General Manager & Head Chef on customer requirements
  • Table preparations and close down procedures
  • Maintaining high standards
  • Training and development of junior staff
  • Working under pressure
  • Be able to think on your feet in order to solve problems

The Ideal candidate will be:

  • An experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor with at least two years working in a fine dining restaurant or hotel background wanting a change
  • Have strong communication skills with the Head Chef
  • Good understanding of dealing with high end clientele
  • Must have some wine knowledge but is not essential
  • Be able to manage small teams
  • Experience in working in a fine dining background
  • Experienced working towards managing high standards
  • Focus on attention to detail
  • Dealing with senior Managers and owners
  • Passionate about quality food and wine
  • Friendly and upbeat personality is a must

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a quality fine dining restaurant or hotel.
