Our client, an ISI Excellent Independent School in London, is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their knowledgeable and dedicated Early Years Teaching Team.
The school is an outstanding school for boys and girls in the heart of Hampstead, North London. Pupils enter the school at Nursery, aged 3, and stay with the school up to the Prep, leaving at age 11. The school received the highest grading possible from their most recent inspection report and already have in place exciting growth & development plans for the near future.
As part of the schools development, a level 3 early years teaching assistant is required to support the EYFS Nursery and Reception teaching teams. This is a permanent opportunity with the school and the role will ideally start in September 2017. Enthusiastic and suitably qualified candidates will receive generous paid holiday. As the school is an independent school the holidays are longer than most maintained schools. Class sizes are kept small and staff receive many benefits in addition to a permanent salary.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will have a good knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage learning; they will be able to communicate with pupils, colleagues and parents effectively; and it is essential that applicants have a level 3 childcare qualification or above as we cannot consider unqualified candidates. Level 3 childcare, EYPS, NQT, and QTS and other qualifications equal to or exceeding the level 3 band will be considered.
Salary will be determined on the schools own generous scale and will be dependent on experience, skillset and qualifications.
