KNOW THE ROLE

The Selfridges Beauty Workshop isn’t just home to the newest trends in hair, beauty and skin care, it’s also a one-stop-shop for a range of unique beauty services and products. To make sure that visitors to The Beauty Workshop get the very best service possible, we’re looking for sales associates to join our expanding team on a flexible basis available to work early mornings, or late evenings for 5 hour shifts between 7am/1pm and 5pm/11pm.

You will do much more than just meet expectations. Instead, you’ll provide a bespoke service to customers from all over the world, while you take enormous pride in maintaining our high standards, driving sales and hitting targets. Our customers expect impeccable service delivered by people with a genuine passion for a range of brands and a thorough knowledge of products, fashion or non-fashion. Working in the Beauty Workshop with brands such as Zoeva, NYX and Too Faced you’ll share your knowledge through unique Selfridges and brand stories, advise customers on their choices, pick out products to match and instinctively know what is suitable for each individual.

While consulting with customers or clients on a range of products in the Beauty Workshop you’ll take real pride in delivering a personalised and professional service. You’ll have genuine passion for Beauty inside and out with a natural curiosity to discover and explore more about our collections to share with others.
Bringing your personality to the service experience you will always look to genuinely connect with your customers while thinking creatively to bring their extraordinary shopping experience to life. As well as having the ability to work well as part of a team, you’ll be willing to embrace opportunities to build your impeccable sales skills in order to offer quality and reassurance to all of our customers and maintain solid awareness of everything from runway shows to the moment the item hits our shop floor.
