Salary up to £40,000


A new position has opened for an assistant site manager in Hull to join one of the UK's leading residential companies. The contracts have become available due to the client's commitment to growth and expansion in their Northern department.

Top 5 national Developer, specialising in New Build, Luxury Homes and Apartments, throughout Yorkshire and the Home Counties, are currently looking to add an Assistant Site Manager to their team in Hull.

The Assistant Site Manager will report to and assist the Site Manager on a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom Houses. This Development is running in phases with each phase consisting of over 100 to 150 units.

Key responsibilities:

* liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors) and the public
* supervising contracted staff
* meeting subcontractors
* making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
* checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

Experience and qualifications:

* Previously worked on volume build / traditional housing developments.
* 1 or 2 years' experience in a similar role with a Residential Developer or Main Contractor
* CSCS - SMSTS - FIRST AID ( Must Have all and up to date)
