What will I study in the program you might be asking:

This Graduate Programme covers two areas: Telecoms and IP Engineering, and Sales. Both topics are covered extensively enabling Graduates to gain a thorough understanding of what they need to know in order to be highly successful in their career

In addition to great training, clear progression and the opportunities to work with some of the biggest names in UK business, you will also enjoy a excellent starting salary that will be increased twice within the first year of service + you will earn uncapped commission in their generous bonus plan.

Trainee consultants typically earn £35-40K in their first year, but there are individuals who have tripled thier basic salaries in the same time - with NO previous sales experience.

All you need to be considered for this exiting opportunity is have an interest in technology and a University Graduate Degree with a 2:1 or higher (2:2 is acceptable for a STEM subject graduate) and to have earned A or higher in GCSE Maths.

Responsibilities:

§ Learn, assimilate and keep up to date with industry technology
§ Grow and cross sell complex products into new customers and existing customer base via
telephone and customer facing meetings
§ Meet and exceed set sales targets and sales activities
§ Identify sales opportunities within the existing base in order to capitalise on maximum sales
growth
§ Understand and keep abreast of competition, their issues, products and pricing
§ Provide support and day to day account management to allocated customers
§ Assist other departments in resolving customer issues to help retain clients
§ Prepare written presentations, customer demonstrations, costs saving analyses, and product
quotations
§ Regularly log all sales leads and manage these on a day to day basis
§ Update and provide accurate sales order and forecasting figures

Requirements & Capabilities

§ Graduate with Maths A Level or equivalent STEM subject
§ Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with new customers
§ Able to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure
§ Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
§ Passionate about technology
§ Able to work well as part of a team as well as independently
§ Have excellent work ethic and a strong desire to be successful

§ Basic salary starting at £21,000 + £1000 signing bonus & optional £1000 deposit loan should you need to relocated closer to the office.
§ Salary reviews at 9 and 12 months - with the possibility to increase to £26K in the first year + Uncapped commissions OTE £35-40K+
