Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

Summary:

* Position: An established and well-respected Construction and Property Consultancy based in Central Birmingham are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager

* Role: Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager - New Build / Refurb / Fit Out (Commercial / health / Residential / Retail / Leisure / Office)

* Person: Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager with Consultancy experience circa 3 years minimum, articulate, well presented and eager to develop and learn.

An established and well-respected Construction and Property Consultancy based in Central Birmingham are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager

The Role

As the project Manager you will be managing the project key processes, which will include risk management and issue and change control. You will ensure timely delivery of the project and within budget.

The Person

As the Project Manager, you will ideally have 3+ years post qualification experience preferably with MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (or at least aspiring to) as well as:

* Client facing, well presented and articulate
* Excellent Written, communication and presentation skills
* Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
* Excellent understanding of forms of building contracts (including JCT and NEC3)
* Career focussed with a strong desire to develop and learn
