As the Lead Development Representative, your duties will include:

• Lead generation and qualification
• Sales follow-up by telephone
• Updating and maintaining our CRM system SalesForce
• Independent telephone acquisition of contacts from our CRM and invitation to Lumesse events
• Drawing up quotations in conjunction with field sales
• Supporting the sales team in processing responses to tenders.

To be a successful Lead Development Representative you will have the following skills and experience:

• Commercial skills and telesales experience
• Continuous, proven sales success at acquiring new customers
• Confident approach on the phone
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational talent, self-initiative and endurance
• Excellent sales focus and target and results-driven approach
• Excellent MS Office and internet skills, ideally with experience in SalesForce
• Knowledge in the personnel or HR software sector would be an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English.

In return, the Lead Development Representative will receive a salary of circa £30,000 per annum plus a competitive bonus
