Internal Sales Advisor
£20,000 basic plus un-capped commission (OTE £35,000)

My client in Liverpool are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Advisor to join their sales team. The role involves speaking with customers offering them a free service for their medical requirements. Hours of work are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday however some flexibility will be required to work during the early evening if required (no later than 7:30pm). On offer is a basic salary of £20,000 with an excellent un-capped commission structure where earnings can exceed £35,000. The main duties of an Internal Sales Advisor are;

- Build, develop and grow relationships with customers using a consultative sales approach
- Follow up and convert warm leads
- Clearly explain the services and benefits available to the customer
- Handle objections
- Build a sales pipeline of cold to hot leads
- Represent the company in a professional and honest way
- Provide excellent customer service
- Update and maintain the CRM system

To be considered for the position you must;

- Come from a sales background
- Have strong rapport building skills
- Be self-motivated and target driven
- Have a professional and confident telephone manor
- Be a team player
