Our Client is a Global Distribution Company who deal with luxury men’s and ladies clothing

You will
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries
• Answer queries or forward to the appropriate department
• Contact web customers as required
• Liaise with the sales manager and operations manager in the ordering of stock processes
• Double check quantity ordered matches original order

The Successful Applicant will have:
• Advanced computer skills – emails, Excel, Word
• Attention to detail is a must
• Good time management
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and communicate with all levels of staff
• Fantastic telephone manner
• Confident to speak to a wide range of customers
