Business Development Manager - IT Support and Services
Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum
Uncapped Commission (OTE in excess of £40,000) & Quarterly On-Target Bonus

Labyrinth Technology Ltd is a growing IT company with a portfolio of clients based in Central London.
They are now seeking a Business Development Manager in an exciting role that will not only drive new business, but also shape their entire marketing and sales process.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in sales, ideally in technology or a related industry, and certainly in a business to business environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain a cohesive Business to Business (B2B) marketing strategy across multiple media types
Maintain and develop relationships with networking and professional organisations
Implement and maintain a suitable sales CRM system
Generate leads by identifying potential clients and the relevant decision makers
Follow the leads through the sales process to successfully close new business
Build a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports to the directors
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Plan for the growth of the sales team

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a provable record of achieving targets
Very high level of awareness of modern IT infrastructure (will be tested)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
The confidence to develop and maintain relationships at all levels including C-Level
Must be able to thrive when working independently and be prepared to perform all tasks relevant to a sales & marketing role
Experience in selling to organisations of diverse sizes and verticals

Financial package and benefits
We are looking for an experienced and successful sales professional and, therefore, we recognise that we have to offer a great package:

Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum
Uncapped Commission (OTE in excess of £40,000) & Quarterly On-Target Bonus
