The Graduate Internal Account Manager will enjoy mentorship from a manager that has been through the Pareto process! You`ll employ a consultative approach as you look to cultivate new business relationships. You`ll also develop rapport with existing customers and build your own business pipeline/client base. Over the phone, through referrals and via face to face relationship management, the successful candidate will develop a wide client cache. The Graduate Internal Account Manager will enjoy a unique graduate package in a role that promises fantastic, rapid progression!

The Role:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company, its clients and competitors
- Support existing projects and ensure that events run smoothly
- Strategically generate new business leads, schedule meetings and take managerial oversight of your own client base
- Develop rapport with key decision makers of existing clients in order to obtain revenue
