Help desk 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - Weymouth - up to £23k

Great opportunity to join a growing IT service provider in Weymouth, which look after major clients from large corporate companies as well as small to medium enterprises.

You will be working on a busy Help Desk providing 1st and 2nd line support, becoming the 1st point of contact for the company`s clients. You must have; a passion for customer service and technology, Excellent telephone manor and good technical understanding. Full technical taring is on offer for the right candidate.

Tasks will include set up of new user accounts, Application issues, MS Desktop. Server and Office 365, operating systems: Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 hardware and Network issues.

You will be expected to take ownership for an issues and if relevant escalate to the relevant team member.

Once you establish yourself within the company and gain more technical knowledge and certifications, progression to a more technical, Pre-sales or management role is on offer as the company grow and expand.
